RESERVING YOUR ROOM:
A block of rooms has been reserved for the group for stays starting October 18, 2022 Please fill out the reservation form to receive the group rate, inclusion into the group block, and access to the group functions. It is necessary that you book through Journeys Inc. to attend the wedding and all group events.
Pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the deposit is placed. Upgraded room categories are available upon request. There are a limited number of rooms on hold for the group, so reserve ASAP, but at the latest by November 4, 2021, in order to receive the group rate.
BOOKING YOUR ROOM:
Select room from the options below along with your exact travel dates. Please include the full legal names of all guests staying in the room as they appear on their passports (passport numbers aren't required to book). **If guests sharing a room are paying with a separate credit card, have them fill out their own form & indicate the name of their roommate(s) in the notes section. **
Submit the RESERVATION FORM. Please note this doesn't book the vacation & charge your card. It just sends the info over to the Journeys Team and your reservation will be emailed to you within 3 business days for review and approval PRIOR to placing your deposit. It's best if you include your credit card info in your reservation form so that you don't have to fill out a payment form right after.
If the room you want is no longer available, please select any room category & place a note in the comments indicating the room that you want. It will be requested from the resort which typically takes about 7 business days. Once it's confirmed you will receive an invoice to review/approve.
The cost of the travel insurance is due at the time of deposit if you're purchasing this option. A quote will be sent once your reservation is set up so that you can see the pricing & policy prior to purchasing.
The invoice will be sent to you for final approval within 48 business hours of submitting the form. Please approve the invoice the same day, which authorizes your non-refundable deposit of $200 per person for the room. Your room isn't reserved until the deposit has been placed.
Airfare to Cancun, Mexico (CUN) may be purchased at any time, but needs to be paid in full at the time of purchase. If you prefer to purchase your own air, please email
firstname.lastname@example.org a copy of your itinerary from the airline for the transfers. In order for your airfare to be included in your travel insurance, the cost of it does need to be added to the policy. In order to utilize the transfers provided as part of the package, all air schedules must be received by
August 26, 2022.
Effective January 26, 2021, the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) will require all travelers entering the United States to present a negative covid test three days prior to arrival into the US. This coverage is highly recommended, especially when traveling internationally. The resort won't refund you because of flight delays/cancellations, illness, and other miscellaneous reasons; however, traditional travel insurance doesn't cover pandemics. A "Cancel Anytime" policy will be offered that will allow you to cancel for a non-covered reason and provide an 80% refund.
A quote will be provided once your reservation form is submitted. The quote & policy info will be sent to you for review prior to receiving the invoice. Once insurance is purchased, it is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due by July 12, 2022. If payment in full is not received by July 12, 2022, a late fee of $25 will be applied to the booking and the booking will automatically cancel with no refund by July 13, 2022. Arrangements can be made for a payment plan if you prefer.
